Google Pay India Signed MoU with NPCI International
- Google India Digital Services and NPCI International Payments Ltd (NIPL) signed memorandum of understanding (MoU).
- The MoU aimed Indian travelers in making payments abroad through Google Pay (GPay), eliminating the necessity of carrying cash or relying on international payment gateways.
Sue Redfern Becomes First ICC-Appointed Female Neutral Umpire
- Sue Redfern of England becomes the first female neutral umpire appointed by the International Cricket Council (ICC) to officiate in a bilateral series.
- Her selection is made for the upcoming ICC Women's Championship and T20I fixtures between Australia and South Africa.
- She represented England in six Tests and 15 ODIs, including the Women's ODI World Cup in India, has been part of the ICC Development Panel of Umpires since 2016.

- Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa Become India's Number One Chess Player by surpassing the Viswanathan Anand.

- Ranjan Gogoi has been awarded Assam's highest civilian award - Assam Baibhav.
- He was a Former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
- During his tenure, the Supreme Court delivered its ruling on the long-pending Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute.

- REC Limited has been awarded ICAI Award for Excellence in Financial Reporting 2022–23 by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- It is a Maharatna CPSE operating under the Ministry of Power and a prominent Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC).
MeitY Launched Centre of Excellence in Intelligent Internet of Things Sensors and India Innovation Centre for Graphene
- Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) launched Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Intelligent Internet of Things (IIoT) Sensors and India’s first Graphene Centre India Innovation Centre for Graphene (IICG) in Kerala.
- The CoE in IIoT Sensors is a facility to catalyze the development of sensors within the realm of Intelligent IoT systems covering a broad spectrum of applications of intelligent sensors in networks, devices and sensor systems.
- The IICG aims to foster R&D, product innovation and capacity building in Graphene and 2D material systems.
Rear Admiral Shantanu Jha Appointed as Chief Staff Officer
- Rear Admiral Shantanu Jha has become the Chief Staff Officer (Operations) at the Eastern Naval Command.
- He is a Navigation and Direction specialist and has served as Navigating Officer onboard six frontline Frigates, Destroyers and Aircraft carrier INS Viraat.
- His seafaring assignments include serving as the Executive Officer on INS Vikramaditya and commanding INS Nishank, INS Kora, and INS Sahyadri.
