• Indonesian President Joko Widodo inaugurated Southeast Asia's high-speed railway, representing a noteworthy achievement in the country's infrastructure advancement.
• The railway is named "Whoosh" high-speed railway.
• The estimated price of this monumental infrastructure is $7.3 billion and was primarily financed by China.
• It came to fruition through the collaborative endeavors of PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia-China (PT KCIC), a partnership involving an Indonesian consortium consisting of four state-owned enterprises and China Railway International Co. Ltd.

• The Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) inaugurated a freshly renovated Khadi India store at IIT Campus in Delhi.
