Kilkari Launched with Local Content in Gujarat, Maharashtra

  • Prof. S P Singh Baghel and Dr. Bharati Pravin Pawar, Union Ministers of State for Health and Family Welfare, conducted a virtual launch of the Kilkari program and Mobile Academy.
  • Kilkari Program has the objective of enhancing public health infrastructure in Maharashtra and Gujarat.
  • Kilkari operates as a centralized interactive voice response (IVR)-based mobile health service, disseminating 72 weekly, stage-appropriate audio messages concerning pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare directly to families' mobile phones, commencing from the second trimester of pregnancy until the child reaches one year of age.

RBI Grants Payment Aggregator Licences to Juspay, Zoho, and Decentro

  • Juspay and Decentro, fintech firms, along with software-as-a-service company Zoho, have been granted final authorization by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to function as payment aggregators.
  • This accreditation places them in the company like Stripe, Zomato, and Tata Pay, who were previously approved by the regulator in January.
