Mission Karmayogi, the government’s capacity-building programme for civil servants, has crossed a major milestone with over one crore officials registered on the iGOT Karmayogi portal. 

About Mission Karmayogi 

• Purpose: Mission Karmayogi is a national programme to enhance the skills of civil servants, making them more innovative, creative, and effective using technology and transparency. 
• Launch & Coverage: Approved in September 2020, it covers all civil servants, including contractual employees, across various government ministries and departments. 
• Key Features: The programme focuses on both on-site and off-site learning through the digital platform iGOT Karmayogi, which offers personalized training based on officers’ needs. 
• Learning Modes: It uses blended programs that combine online courses with traditional classroom training, providing flexibility and in-person interaction. 
• Curated Content: Ministries and training institutions can customize courses and assessments to suit specific learning requirements from the iGOT repository.
