Details about Miss World 2025

• Opal Suchata Chuangsri of Thailand was crowned Miss World 2025 at the 72nd edition of the pageant held in Hyderabad, Telangana. She received the crown from Krystyna Pyszková, Miss World 2024. 
• The event was hosted by Stephanie del Valle (Miss World 2016) and Sachiin Kumbhar, with India hosting for the second time in a row. 
• Nandini Gupta (Miss India 2023) from Kaithun, Rajasthan, reached the Top 20 but did not enter the Top 8. 
• She had earlier secured a place in the Top 40 among 108 global contestants. 
• India’s past Miss World winners include Reita Faria (1966), Aishwarya Rai (1994), Diana Hayden (1997), Yukta Mookhey (1999), Priyanka Chopra (2000), and Manushi Chhillar (2017).
