  • Aims to expand social security under the ESI Act, 1948.  
  • Active from 1st July to 31st Dec 2025, it offers a one-time opportunity for unregistered employers & employees, including temporary and contractual workers. 
• AMNESTY Scheme 
  • A one-time dispute resolution initiative under the ESI Act to settle issues related to damages, interest & coverage, reducing lawsuits and ensuring smooth delivery of social security benefits. 
  • Active from 1st Oct 2025 to 30th Sept 2026.
