PM chaired 49th meeting of PRAGATI (Pro-Active Governance and Timely Implementation). 

• ICT-enabled platform launched in 2015 to ensure timely implementation of govt projects & address public grievances. 
• Impact: 
  • Accelerated 340+ critical projects worth USD 205 Bn by 2024. 
  • Improved implementation of JJM, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan & Saubhagya Scheme. 
  • Resolved issues like EPF payments, income tax refunds & other public complaints.
