Saroj Ghose, father of India's science museum movement, passes away at the age of 89.  

Saroj Ghose, the founding Director General of the National Council of Science Museums (NCSM), is known as the father of India’s Science Museum Movement. He built a nationwide network of interactive science centres to promote scientific learning. Ghose’s work made science accessible and inspiring to millions across India.
