About World Day Against Child Labour 

Aim: To raise awareness against child exploitation through forced and hazardous labour. 

June 12, 2025, marks the 21st anniversary of World Day Against Child Labour, first launched by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in 2002. 

The 2025 theme is: “Progress is clear, but there’s more to do: let’s speed up our efforts!”
